The Program Evaluation & Impact Officer will lead the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of Scrub Life Cares’ public health and community programs. The position is responsible for developing practical systems to measure program reach, quality, outcomes, and overall impact. The Officer will design surveys and feedback tools, establish performance indicators, manage and analyze program data, and prepare impact reports for organizational leadership, funders, partners, and other stakeholders. The individual will support the evaluation of initiatives including Grow With The Flo, The Real Health Playbook, menstrual and reproductive health education, school and youth programming, athlete education, community workshops, and menstrual-product distribution. The successful candidate will use evaluation findings to identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen program delivery, support funding applications, and help Scrub Life Cares demonstrate the effectiveness of its work. The Officer will also develop standardized evaluation tools and data-collection procedures that can be adapted for programs delivered in Antigua and Barbuda, the United States, and other Caribbean communities.
